Kench Hill Residential trip for Y6
Year 6 went on a residential trip to Kench Hill Centre. 6H went for the first three days (6B went for the last three days). On day one we went on a river walk and waded in the river in wellies and got very wet! In the evening we had a large campfire in their huge grounds and the fire was epic! Day two was brilliant, we went to Camber Sands, a large beach with massive waves that made a lot of people very wet! We also did dune jumping (jumping off sand dunes) which was cool too. Back at Kench Kill we built rafts and raced them across the pond which was fun. After that we did archery which was amazing! It was so cool, and we had proper arrows too!
On the final day we did some awesome team games. We were sad to leave but had a very memorable time! Thank you, Carole, Karen, Harriet, Ben, Sian, Billy, Alyvia and all the other teachers who helped us to go to Kench Hill!
