Dear Parents/Carers,

Children will eat a packed lunch in Clapton Square before returning to school (unless the weather is terrible). Please pack a healthy packed lunch – no sweets or nuts – and a big bottle of water, and ensure your child is dressed suitably for the weather on the day. If your child requires a packed lunch provided by school, please let us know by email by Friday 2^nd July.

You are warmly invited to come to the concert at 10.45am. The music service asks for a £1 donation from audience members. Try to come and support us if you can. It’s a wonderful musical event and younger children are also very welcome. There is limited space so please arrive on time. There is no parking at the venue.

We will need parent volunteers to accompany us from school to the venue and back again. Please let us know if you would be able to accompany us by emailing admin@williampatten.hackney.sch.uk by Friday 2^nd July. Please note that younger children and buggies cannot be brought along if you are a parent volunteer.
