We seek to work together to resolve issues as they arise. William Patten operates an open door policy, SLT are available on a daily basis to speak to parents. We suggest that parents speak to their child’s class teacher, a member of SLT, the Headteacher or Chair of Governors if they have any concerns. If it is a complaint that cannot be dealt with through the school, William Patten adopts the Learning Trust Complaints Procedure Policy.
